The Marclin Group has done an outstanding job for us here at Cooking.com. In fact they did such a superb job that the technology group used them exclusively for recruitment in 1999. Some of the highlights; e-mail correspondence, no faxes, phone calls only when necessary, no haggling, straight forward, honest, excellent candidates, candidates that are happy with their recruiter, able to close the deal on candidates, and they worked with us for an excellent fee schedule.
